Allison Baymiller, CMT, was guided down the healer's path by her desire to bring people into communication with their bodies - so that they can understand how the waves of life move through them. Following her own decade-long journey with various somatic and holistic concepts of healing, she decided to pursue massage therapy training at the esteemed San Francisco School of Massage and Bodywork, where she discovered that her gentle, nurturing spirit translated readily into healing touch.
Allison blends Swedish relaxation techniques, Vodder-style lymphatic drainage, myofascial release, and slow deep tissue work to address the needs of the body, mind, and spirit. She incorporates breathwork and somatic meditation into her sessions to strengthen the mind-body connection, and prioritizes creating a safe container for her clients through clear, responsive communication.
Outside of her healing practice, Allison loves to cook with the seasons, forage for herbs and vintage clothing, dance ecstatically, and escape to the desert (her favorite environment, and a healing practice in and of itself!).
