change.

lots of people have been talking to me about the changes they’re going through. maybe they’re moving, or graduating, or having major life changing surgery, or leaving/starting jobs, or even making deep lifestyle/emotional changes.

for some people these changes are easy breezy, for others it’s an uphill battle. needless to say, for everyone there’s a bit of stress involved. some people are having a hard time sleeping because they’re thinking thinking thinking. some people are having digestive upset because that’s what happens to them when they’re stressed. some people get headaches, some people get neck/shoulder tension, some people lose their appetites.
